• Must be 8 years old or older prior to the sport(s) your athlete wants to compete in
• Athletes must have a medically diagnosed mental or physical disability
• Reside in the Kendall County region.  Those who reside outside of Kendall County may still be able to join our group.  Please contact Deb Clason, KCSO's Coordinator, directly through dclason@kcsec.org.

PLEASE NOTE OUR REGISTRATION POLICY

Effective September 1, 2009, ALL EXISTING or PREVIOUS Kendall County Comet athletes and their families MUST undergo and complete registration in the Fall, regardless of when their sport(s) are scheduled within that year.

If you are, or have been, an existing athlete in Kendall County Comet's Special Olympic Team, you are required to register at Fall registration at the beginning of each year.  If you have not registered, you will be unable to compete in any sports for the current year. Existing and previous athletes MUST register each Fall for the upcoming year. Failure to register will result in your athlete being removed from our member roster for the current year.  

If you are new to the Team, you may register to ccompete at any point during the current year.  Thereafter, it will be required that you register in the Fall for subsequent years.
